As an accomplished Digital Innovation leader and ‘Go-To-Market’ Strategy professional, Dilip has co-created award winning digital products alongside customers, led large scale business / digital transformation efforts resulting in quadrupling digital usage, cost saves and has created new revenue models (cross-sell / up-sell opportunities). He has also established region-wide Fintech / e-commerce merchant partnerships pivoting to growth in areas of digital acquisitions, engagement and emerging payments across multiple geographies (Asia, EMEA, US).

Passionately collaborative in approach, he possesses a strong track record of forming and leading ‘self-governing’ teams sharing a common vision to achieve exponential impact. Dilip graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and a Master of Business Administration (PGDM) from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in India.

Victor Alexiev

Victor heads the rollout of Citi Ventures’ D10X program in APAC. His focus is on building the infrastructure necessary for the continuous origination of ideas and teams, and delivering the support necessary for their lasting success.

Victor is a seasoned entrepreneur, global citizen, and systems thinker focused on business model innovation and automated decision support systems. He has over a decade of experience in building and scaling technology startups across the globe. His venture involvements range from intelligent content curation and discovery through forestry tokenization to HR automation and talent analytics.

He holds an MS in Decision Sciences from the London School of Economics, a double MS in System Dynamics Modelling from the University of Bergen in Norway and Radboud in the Netherlands, and a BSc in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School. Outside of Citi, he is also a co-founder and board member of Talent Data Labs, Hacker.Works, and, as well as a board advisor at Ekofolio. When he is not building ventures, Victor spends quality time with his family or his PlayStation.

Johnson Poh

Executive Director - Head, Group Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI)


Johnson Poh has been a Data Scientist with experience spanning across the finance, consulting and government sectors for the past decade. His present and past professional appointments include being Executive Director & Head Enterprise Artificial Intelligence for UOB Group, Head Data Science/Practice Lead at DBS Bank, Chief Data Scientist, ASEAN at Booz Allen Hamilton as well as Principal Data Scientist at Ministry of Defence, Singapore respectively.

Johnson also serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Singapore Management University (SMU) where his focus areas include applied statistical computing, machine learning as well as big data tools and techniques. He completed his bachelor’s degree at University of California, Berkeley, majoring in the subjects of Pure Mathematics, Statistics and Economics. He received his postgraduate degree in Statistics at Yale University.

Juliana has a background in International Business Management (INSEAD), IP Law (NUS Law), Computer Science (Loughborough, UK) and leads the programme to digitise INCOME’s core businesses by adoption of design thinking and agile methodology. Juliana worked across continents in the US, China, Japan, India, UK, Singapore and is inventor to 6 patents/applications and designs for upstream innovation.

Prior INCOME, Juliana is Director of the IP Office of Singapore (IPOS) International where she forayed into US, China, Japan and Singapore markets for strategic partnerships. Rick Lakhiani

Rick Lakhiani manages the implementation of the major regulatory reform initiatives in Asia Pacific region for Citi's Markets and Securities Services business. This includes the regional implementation of Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID2 and derivative regulatory reforms being implemented in individual Asian jurisdictions. Mr. Lakhiani has spent nearly 15 years at Citigroup and has over 20 years capital markets experience. He has worked in variety of roles in functions across the bank that has included Sales, Business Management, Financial Control & Compliance. Mr. Lakhiani holds a MA in Law from Oxford and was admitted to NY Bar in 2005.

Jakub Zakrzewski is a General Manager at Revolut, currently responsible for launching its operations across Asian markets.

Before Revolut, Jakub was Head of Growth at Easyship, a 500 Startups VC portfolio company that won Hong Kong’s Technology Company of the Year Award in 2017, joining as one of its early employees in 2015.

Prior to joining Easyship, Jakub worked at Lazada (Rocket Internet’s most successful venture up to date, acquired by Alibaba for $1bn+ in 2016) as a first employee in Singapore, where he established business intelligence and online marketing departments at the company. He holds a Master of Science in Finance degree, awarded from ESADE Business School in Barcelona where he wrote his master thesis on "Cases of Angel Investing in Europe".

Based in Singapore, he is responsible for managing and developing Global Exchange’s business functions – data, analytics, research and advisory – in the region. He believes analytics and data-driven decision making will improve investment outcomes.

Dr. Milek has significant experience in academia, technology industry and financial services – in areas including data and analytics, research, product and project management, business development and general management. He held various technical and management roles in the United States, Canada, Finland, Hong Kong and Singapore over the past 20 years.

He earned multiple degrees in physics and computer science from California Institute of Technology in the United States, McGill University in Canada and University of Zagreb in Croatia.

Before joining DBS, Daniel had worked in multiple large technology companies such as IBM, Microsoft, and DXC, leading the design and delivery of enterprise IT solutions for clients in financial services industry. He was a Certified Enterprise IT Architect by IBM and Open Group, and, obtained his Master’s Degrees of Financial Engineering and High Performance Computing from National University of Singapore.

Today the company is a corporate finance boutique with a focus on FinTech and blockchain. Dan is appointed affiliate faculty of Singapore Management University for Innovation in Finance, FinTech, Blockchain, and digital assets. He is also a visiting professor at IE business school in its top-ranked Master in Finance program. He is also a Review Editor for Frontiers Financial Blockchain academic journal and works on research projects. In addition, he is a frequent speaker at seminars on Blockchain and Innovation in Financial Services. Before starting the firm, Dan was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and an Executive Director of HSBC Securities (Singapore) Pte Limited.

He was previously also the IT Head of HSBC’s Investment Bank in Singapore and Japan. Dan has over 19 years of Investment Banking Technology experience at UBS in both Germany and the UK, Barclays Capital in both Singapore and Tokyo, as well as Close Brothers in Frankfurt, his hometown. He is also a Ph.D. Candidate within the Finance department of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University where he researches Blockchain and AI and it effects on Finance. Previously he graduated with a Master of Science in Innovation from Singapore Management University and holds a Master in Finance from IE business school in Madrid, Spain.
